  • To begin, navigate to the Qualz.ai dashboard and locate Dynamic Survey.
  • Click on the Create button in the header menu.
  • Choose Create Dynamic Survey from the dropdown menu options.
  • Alternatively, use Quick Actions by selecting Create Dynamic Survey and then clicking Create.
  • This will take you to the survey creation interface, where you can start designing your survey from scratch.

  • Toggle the “Required” option for any question that must be answered before proceeding to other questions.

Step 7: Save and Continue to Configure #

  • Once the survey is structured, click Save and Continue to the configuration.
