The Standard AI-Moderated Interview enables candidates to participate in a voice-activated, AI-led interview that simulates a text-based chat. It's designed for environments where a written record is essential, without the need for voice data.

Interaction Style:

How It Works:
Candidates speak their responses, which are instantly transcribed by AI. The AI presents follow-up or probing questions in a live, chat-like interface based on the transcribed speech.

Output:
A complete transcript of the entire conversation.

The Advanced AI-Moderated Interview offers a fully immersive, real-time voice interaction between the AI and the candidate. This feature replicates a natural, human-like interview environment—complete with customizable language and voice options.

Two-way, full-duplex voice conversation

How It Works:
The AI verbally asks questions using a synthetic voice. Candidates respond aloud, and the AI replies in real time, maintaining a fluent dialogue. Users can choose the language and voice style of the AI interviewer.

The output will be both audio and video recording as well as text transcripts.

  However, if you find yourself doing regular research work, our ‘Professional’ plan can save you money by including monthly credit allowances and premium features. 

Credits are basically our internal currency that makes pricing transparent and predictable. Instead of having different prices for every single feature, we use a simple credit system where 1 credit = $0.10. Think of it like tokens at an arcade: you buy credits upfront, then "spend" them on the AI-powered features you need.  

We also have ‘Project Cost Estimator,’ an instant cost estimate calculator that helps you budget exactly what you need and see precisely what each feature costs before you use it. 

Running out of credits isn't a problem; you have flexible options: 

Option 1: Buy more credits 

1. Purchase additional credits anytime at $1 per 10 credits 
2. No minimum purchase required 
3. Credits never expire 

Option 2: Upgrade your plan 

1. If you're consistently buying extra credits, upgrading to Professional might save money 
2. You can upgrade anytime from your dashboard 
3. Get 2,000 monthly credits 
4. You get 25% discount on credit purchase 

Monthly credits only apply to the Professional Plan, and they don't roll over. They refresh each month and don't accumulate. However, if you manually purchase credits, those do not expire and will roll over. 

Here's how it works: 

Professional Plan: You get 2,000 fresh credits every month 

Example: If you have 2,000 credits this month in the Professional Plan and don't use them, next month your account will be refreshed with 2,000 credits only. The unused 2,000 from last month won't be added to make it 4,000. 

However, any credits you purchase separately (beyond your monthly allowance) never expire. So, if you buy extra credits, you can use them whenever you need them. For example, if you buy 1000 credits, it will stay in your account until you use them. In the next month, your account will have 3000 credits (2000 monthly recurring credits + 1000 that you manually purchased). This keeps our pricing fair and predictable.
