Getting Research Guide for your workspace
Getting Research Guide for your workspace
We're genuinely excited about Research Guide and we're rolling it out thoughtfully to pilot workspaces first so we can support the first wave of teams closely. If you'd like it turned on for your workspace — or you're evaluating Qualz and want a live demo against a real brief — reach out to your Qualz representative or email service@qualz.ai and we'll take care of it.
Once enabled, the Research Guide button appears on every dashboard page for everyone in your workspace. Nothing else changes — your existing studies, data, and workflows carry on exactly as before.
What we'll help you with on day one
- A 30-minute walkthrough tailored to the work your team actually runs — we'll pick a real question your team is sitting on and think through it together with Research Guide, live.
- A pilot plan for the first two weeks so your team sees the moments where Research Guide is most useful (briefing, drafting, triaging open-ended answers) and where a human partner should still take the wheel.
- Office hours during the first month — drop in with a session that went sideways, a draft you want a second opinion on, or a methodology question you want to pressure-test.
Privacy & data handling
Research Guide only reads the data in your workspace that your account already has access to. It never crosses workspace boundaries, and your conversations and data are not used to train foundation models. Every session is stored alongside your study so you (and your teammates) can audit exactly what the guide saw and said.
Human-in-the-Loop Analysis
For the work that matters most, Research Guide is paired — on our Enterprise tier — with senior research partners. These are real humans on the Qualz team: research-trained, often with deep sector experience (healthcare, consumer, B2B SaaS, financial services, social impact), who step in to craft the study with you, steward fieldwork, and analyze the results with you afterwards.
What "Human-in-the-Loop" means in practice
- Briefing with a senior partner. Before fieldwork, a researcher helps you sharpen the decision, right-size the sample, and stress-test the instrument against the brief.
- Live stewardship. While the study is running, your partner is watching — flagging recruiting skew, surfacing early signals, adjusting the instrument when the data tells you to.
- Deep analysis. Once the data is in, your partner works side-by-side with Research Guide — the AI does the speed (attach, quote, count, cluster); the human does the judgment (reads between the lines, ties findings to the original decision, drafts the narrative).
- Deliverables that land. A client-ready deck, an executive summary, a tagged theme map — whichever format actually moves your decision forward.
Why this is different
AI is fast. Senior researchers are careful. Research Guide's Human-in-the-Loop gives you both without making you choose — the AI does the quoting, counting, and pattern-finding at machine speed; the human does the interpretation, the contextual nuance, and the parts that depend on knowing your industry and your stakeholders.
Hear from a customer
"Working with Qualz.ai Analysis was just very amazing. We were able to give our clients a 30-slide detailed deck on the learnings less than a day after the project completed and the interviews were in. This type of in-depth work and turnaround simply wasn't possible before. Our clients were like, 'Wow.'"
— Principal, a major healthcare market research company
Who this is for
Human-in-the-Loop Analysis is a fit when:
- The work is client-facing — consultancies, agencies, strategy teams — and the deliverable has to be polished.
- The subject matter is specialized — clinical, regulated, culturally sensitive, or otherwise demands domain nuance.
- The timeline is tight — you have interviews landing this week and a decision on Monday.
- The study is high-stakes — a board update, an investment case, a market-entry call — where "we'd rather be rigorous than fast" cuts the other way: you need both.
How to get started
If any of that sounds like the kind of work you're running, let's talk. Reach out to your Qualz representative or email service@qualz.ai and we'll set up an introductory call with a senior research partner from the team.
